Americas Love, veterans, nonprofit, jobs
What service will we offer?
We will offer a walk up food service with a selection of organic gourmet granola, coffee, oatmeal, yogurt, & smoothies, that can be customized with our selection of toppings.
Who will our customers be?
Health conscious individuals who are looking for a healthy and quick breakfast, lunch or snack alternative to the traditional coffee shop or fast food restaurant .
How will this help the people of San Francisco?
The people of San Francisco are undeserved when it comes to a get it and go health conscious meals early in the day. They need a place where it takes no more than 5 minutes to be on their way with their coffee and a good quick breakfast or lunch.
What will we charge?
Our coffee will always be priced 10% lower than the average of the surrounding Starbucks cafes. We expect our food to range between four and seven dollars for individual servings.
How will we pay ourselves?
At first all our employees will be salaried as they learn the ropes and show they are ready to become franchise partners. Our ultimate goal is to set up a nationwide network of veteran owned franchises and give our veterans a piece of the American dream.
Our second form of income.
We will also offer our granola custom crafted for the individual and shipped fresh to their door through or our app and online store.
How are we going to promote our product?
We will have teams of veterans placed around San Francisco passing out sample boxes of our granola with a invitation to download our app where you can see our menu, get updated on our progress as a business and see daily specials or deals being served in individual neighborhoods.
How do we get referrals?
When a customer downloads the app they are given a free coffee or juice and a bowl of granola just for trying us out. We will also use our employees as social media promotion agents that promote around the city giving away granola coupons they carry as gifts for potential customers.
What is our sweet smell of success?
We will consider ourselves successful when we have profitably placed one of these stores in every neighborhood in San Francisco.
How do we get it so that no customer has to spend more than 3 minutes getting their order? How do we provide roadside service in a city where drive through ordering is out of the question?
We're betting we can build an app for that.
