Why trump couldn’t legally be president.
This was a lawsuit i decided not to pursue. Sorry i fucked up!
STEELE VS COMEY
Eastern District of Virginia
CASE NUMBER- 1:23CV1667 (CMH/WEF)
Imagine a president confined to the residence at the White House, where they live, for 12 hours daily, wearing an ankle monitor, and requiring judicial approval for even the most critical meetings. This is the chilling scenario Director James Comey paints when he said “we might have a president on an ankle bracelet.” Such a president would be severely hampered in their ability to lead and fulfill their duties, effectively becoming a puppet of the judicial branch.
Politically Motivated Prosecution: The civil prosecution of Trump by Attorney General Letitia James further underscores the dangers of judicial overreach. The timing of her investigation, coinciding with her gubernatorial run, raises questions about her motives and commitment to impartiality. The lack of similar charges against others in the last decade and the proposed exorbitant fine of $215 million, coupled with the desire to deprive Trump of his business ventures for a “victimless crime” suggest a politically motivated vendetta rather than a genuine pursuit of justice. Prosecuting Trump for a "victimless crime" and potentially stripping him of his business empire solely for political gain is a blatant abuse of power and would be a direct attack on the independence of the presidency if Trump were president. The potential for political manipulation by the judiciary branch would be a violation of the “Separation of Powers” doctrine too great to ignore. The American people deserve a president who can uphold the Constitution and govern with integrity, free from undue influence by the judicial Branch. Choking the Executive Branch: The founding fathers wisely placed the power to hold presidents accountable in the hands of the legislative branch, requiring a two-thirds majority for impeachment. This safeguard was designed to prevent politically motivated attacks and ensure the president's ability to govern independently and effectively. Allowing the judiciary to control the president through criminal charges would be a dangerous chokehold on the executive branch. Trump wouldn’t be able to maintain himself as an independent branch of government as is constitutionally required. In conclusion: Trump Is constitutionally disqualified until he takes care of his his obligations to the judicial branch. While Trump could run after serving time for his crimes. He can’t while Is freedoms are being limited by the judicial branch. Donald Trump cannot legally be on the national ballot.
